In this week's episode of the Wellness Matters podcast, I had a very fun yet enlightening conversation with a woman I met in Texas recently. I wanted to record this podcast to show that even scary situations can have magical takeaways. Lana Linge and I met as I was nervously walking into a festival where I knew absolutely no one! I saw Lana walking alone so I introduced myself and we hit it off immediately! What was so amazing was learning all the ways she is living her life. It all started through a difficult breakup.

Lana shares her fears of getting stuck and stagnant, while I express my fear of not playing full-out in life. To end the conversation Lana emphasizes the importance of surrounding oneself with like-minded people and taking action towards one's dreams.
