This week's episode was long overdue. I have been very curious about hormones and how they play a huge role in our lives. I had the pleasure of chatting with hormone coach Kathy Fritz. She helps perimenopausal and menopausal women get relief from their hormonal symptoms like insomnia, weight gain, and hot flashes. Her mission is to help women figure out what is best for their individual body when sifting through the sea of information that is available via the Internet.
