Healing After Divorce With a Four Step Process and Mother Nature

Who is Julianna Bryant:

Julianna is a divorce recovery coach, entrepreneur, and solo hiker who helps newly single women rediscover their confidence and self-awareness through the power of nature. As someone who has gone through a divorce, she knows the struggles women face when healing from a breakup.

After decades of acquiring tools and knowledge through therapy, mindset coaches, and personal experience, she now uses everything she’s learned to guide thousands of women through this huge life transition. Last year she joined forces with nationally renowned coaches and came up with her own fine-tailored 4-step program Freedom from Divorce.

Julianna has a true passion for helping other women but when she’s not busy empowering others she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, hiking, reading mystery books, exploring local towns, and catching up with friends over wine.

What we discussed:

-How hiking became Julianna's "church."

-Sometimes the things that bring us to our knees are actually a blessing.

-Know how you like your eggs.

-Helping her clients build confidence after a divorce.

-How nature helps to calm the soul.

-The moon app I just put on my phone that has SO many features. Click here to purchase.

-Healing is not linear and looks different for everyone.

-We are humans and we feel and it's okay to have two opposing emotions at the same time.

-The best way to co-parent.

-The 'just let them' theory.

-A hiking practice I took part in during a woman’s retreat.

-As a parent, we can't protect every minute of our children's day but we can "armor them up."

-Learning to embrace being solo.
